Come up with a list of non-food rewards that you can get if you meet your goal. For example: get a manicure, buy a magazine, take a relaxing bath, etc. So maybe try to eat 1 treat per day for a week then get a reward.

I only buy my treats once a month. So I will have to wait until after Feb 3rd to be able to eat my entire bag of white cheddar cheese puffs, and yes... i will eat the entire bag in one day. Thankfully it won't set me over my goal calories. i will just have to only eat those. I did order a pint of ice cream but the calorie count is the same as a meal. so that will replace 1 meal. If i want something sweet I will need to get in the car and go get it. After a short time, the desire for the sweetness will lessen. The desire for a 'taste' reward will also lessen and when you do get it, it might not be as satisfying as before.

I am more energetic. So that in itself is a reward. Not being afraid of the scale is also a reward. You can also try sugar free jello. it's jiggly and low in calories.
