Considering I've always used the free version and am 60lbs down (and previously lost 100lbs using it years back, regaining it being my fault and not MFPs), yup! definitely worth it.

Overweight to obese for around 30 years, by that point age 59, menopausal, severely hypothyroid (medicated), some arthritis, torn meniscus, high cholesterol and triglycerides, high blood pressure, and more.

Committed to lose weight, got free MFP, used it, lost from class 1 obese to a healthy weight in a bit under a year.

Now, 9+ years down the road, age 69, still at a healthy weight and in the same jeans size, excellent cholesterol and triglycerides, solidly normal blood pressure, still have the arthritis but pain much less frequent/noticeable, move more freely, can easily do things that were hard before . . . so much better in so SO many ways.

Worth it? Oh, baby. You better believe it.

    Worth it? Worth what?
The time invested? Yes! So much to be learned here!
The money? If you use the free version, definitely. If you use the paid version, I can't answer for you because I don't know your particular wants and needs, put probably.
The space on your phone or computer? Yes! You learn so much about yourself. You learn what does and doesn't work for you by looking at your past. And you definitely see hints to improve your future.
About as useful to someone looking for a healthier future as a hammer is to a carpenter.
