Lab 5 - Day 1

Drinks: Fruit smoothie, black Armenian coffee, chamomile tea.
Fruits: Banana, apple, orange, kiwi
Vegetables: Cucumber, broccoli, bell pepper
Protein: Beans, eggs, nuts
Grains: Bread, corn
Dairy: Milk, yogurt
Physical Activities:
I cleaned and organized my place for around an hour. This includes vacuuming, dishwashing, food preparation, and sweeping the floors. Since it's part of my routine, I do this daily.
Rest Day:
Enjoy coffee on the balcony
Listen to relaxing music
Watching a movie/reading a book
