Drinks: Black Armenian coffee, cappuccino
Fruits: Banana, apple, tangerine
Vegetables: Vegetable Salad (tomato, avocado, lettuce, green onion, cucumber)
Protein: Meat, nuts
Grains: Bread, rice
Dairy: Milk, yogurt
Sugar: Chocolate

On the second day of drinking more water, I saw some changes in my digestive system and more often bathroom breaks, but I also experienced advantages including higher energy, better moods, and healthier skin. Hydration can reduce desire and increase attentiveness. Even if repeated restroom visits could be inconvenient, I'm inclined to stick with it if I feel better overall. Using bottled water could enhance social contact, but it could also lead to more waste being produced.
Overall, drinking more water should result in higher-quality sleep, particularly if I hydrate more before bed. In my opinion, this is a crucial point.
