Hi, my name is Vito.
My whole life i have had dificulites properly feeding, myself I really am I need of advice and support. It’s hard for me to go to college while feeding myself, while dealing with so much stress in life. It’s difficult to get one meal in I am aware of my problem for years now. But I don’t know what to do.

Hey Vito!
I saw no one had tried to answer your question... So I thought I'd give it a whirl. My credentials are that I used to be a homeless college student living out of my car... So eating, much less eating healthy were crazy hard.
I know the ideal is to eat three square and track macros, etc. BUT if all you can do is one meal a day, my suggestion is to make it count. Be mindful of the protein you are consuming and try to time the meal with your workouts if you can. (I'm guessing you work out bc of the weightlifting thread)
Also, snacking can be a powerful tool in getting your nutrition on point, so don't forget to stock up and carry some nutrient dense snacks (nuts, granola, etc.).
