Hey everyone I'm new to the app. I'm currently looking for friends to help me in my weight loss journey. Anyone have any advice for a 41 year old disabled woman? Thanks!

I would try posting in another section of the community, probably "Health and Weight Loss" for starters.
This section is just mostly chat, and though their are people that will help with other aspects, more people in the other sections will have advice and resources to share. But I'll start by saying if you have limited physical abilities, then the vast majority of weight loss comes down to being able to do fork put downs and table push aways. That applies even to people with full physical abilities.
Beyond that, eating differing things may help you feel full longer. For some this takes some experimentation, others find such things easy.
BUT no matter what, energy balance is king. You have to eat less than your body uses in a day to lose weight.0
