I am new here. My name is Kim. I started my glp-1 journey in August of 2024. To date I have lost 50 pounds. I am struggling with ways to keep my protein up. I don’t like protein bars or snacks. I do like drinks but I’m not the best at knowing how to make them lol. Anyone have any ideas of how to get more protein in during the day. My calories are always low. Normally around 6-700 a day.

Kim, I mean this with kindness and concern: There's a more fundamental problem here. If your 6-700 calorie estimate is accurate, that's simply not enough calories for an adult woman to get even minimally adequate nutrition of any kind, let alone protein. It doesn't matter if that person is eating the right percentages of macronutrients within that tiny calorie level. That's true for a woman anywhere in the very wide range of normal heights/weights.
We need certain minimal absolute amounts of protein and fats, plus most believe we need plenty of veggies and fruits for micronutrients and fiber. I'm an average height woman, and just my protein/fat minimums in grams add up to 850 calories.
I get that you have weight to lose, truly. We all want to lose that weight fast. I get that the GLP-1 drugs reduce appetite. But even the people on the very extreme TV show "My 600 pound life" were told to eat 1200 calories.
Please eat more. You are risking your health, very seriously so. Some diets have a very short induction phase, like 2 weeks, where people eat only 800 calories, but those are controversial, and they don't continue it for long anyway.
We could help you get more protein within adequate calories, but we can't help you get adequate protein on calories that are just too low for basic good health. I'm sorry.2
