3 Ingredient pancakes

This is easy, and low-calorie.
1 banana, mashed
2 tbs whole wheat flour
1 beaten egg

This makes 1 serving.

Mix all together. Let sit for a few minutes. Heat non-stick fry pan over medium-high heat.

Spoon batter into pan. When they are full of bubbles, turn, and cook for 2 minutes more.
Voila! Easy, tasty, low-cal pancakes.
