Reintroduction

Hello Everyone I have been MIA for a few years so I felt I needed to reintroduce myself since there’s a lot of changes. Though I was out for a while I did have my ups and downs but got on track and continued to lose weight with diet and exercise(mainly exercise due to job at the time). I started at 200lbs(2019) my current weight is now 117lbs. Anything and everything is possible.
