Hi.. I am Vaishnavi and I am a school student currently studying in 12th standard.. I am an insecure person because of my appearance.. Although my BMI is normal but I have THICK THIGHS.. And it makes me so much insecure.. My main goal is losing thigh fat but I wanna lose full body fat too.. I don't get much time for workout.. And I don't workout in Morning due to bad schedule 😩.. I mostly workout at evening or night..But I wanna know best time for workout for more effective results..💜
It's hard for me to workout in morning especially in winters but I can still try.. So I need ur suggestions.. Thank u 💜☺️

Whatever works for you. It doesn't matter. Chose a time where you want to exercise and not one where you feel like you need to force yourself.1

AnytimeThe best time to work out is when you'll actually do it. If you know your schedule is already crazy in the morning, don't try and work out in the morning. If you're worn out and wrecked at the end of the day, don't try and work out in the evening. Getting it done is what matters, not what time you do it.2

AnytimeWhat they said: Whatever works best for you.
Another factor to consider: Some people don't sleep as well if they work out - especially an energetic workout - close to bedtime. Others can workout hard, hop into bed, sleep great. Sleep is important.
Experiment, you'll figure this out.
Best wishes!2 -
AnytimeThere is no advantage to any specific timing of exercise that isn't entirely and completely eclipsed by the advantage of working out when it works for you. Consistency is key, and consistency happens when the timing fits with your schedule.2

I feel ya'
In school my measurements were about bust 35, waist 24, hips 40. Bubble butt and thunder thighs. Always trying to hide them. Always embarrassed.
If I knew then what I know now.
No one else cared a tenth as much as I did. You may be the center of your universe: you are not the center of the universe.
People see in you what you put forward. Pretty eyes? Play them up! Good personality? Talk to people.
Ignore your less than ideal traits and interestingly, so will others.
Fast forward to now. After a whole lot of weight gain, menopause, weight loss, hysterectomy, more weight loss, I have zero butt. Flatter than a pancake. My measurements today are 40, 37, 40. Never expected that! 😮 🫢

Also, wait like... a year and what you're hating on will be in fashion haha. I look back at bits of me I hated and realise I had the ideal body, just in the wrong year. It's all so fickle!!2 -
