Spicy pickles for me! I get my spicy itch scratched, and the pickle hit kills any other cravings.

    Define “spicy chips”. Like Takis?

I have a rule. Many may disagree with it. But, I never deny myself anything within reason. As long as I have stuck with my plan, got in my movement, and my macros are in check, I allow myself a little of my craving. I find if I deny myself entirely, I’m setting myself up for failure.

Meter it though. Put some in a bowl, put the package away and limit yourself to that. A serving size on the package can be helpful. But hold yourself accountable and document
it. Because if you don’t, you’re cheating yourself. Go look at my log, you’ll see what I mean.

Cravings are not abnormal. There is no shame in having them. But they don’t have to derail you either. Use your best judgement. No one knows you better than yourself. I hope this helps you.

Have you tried spicy or hot pork rinds?

@bn6x8tz6tj Maybe try rice cakes. They are a good replacement for chips and only 45 calories a cake. As for the spicy factor, maybe you can sprinkle a little spice on it or tabasco sauce? I'm not into spice so not sure.

Air popped popcorn with cayenne and garlic powder and a little butter-flavored salt. I also make homemade tortilla chips with Mission Carb Balance tortillas and buy fresh, hot salsa to dip them into.
