Do you count the calories from your supplements?

I have 70 calories a day from Fiber and Omega-3 supplements, I currently count them, but have wondered if others do or find it makes a difference. Thoughts? Thanks in advance!

I count all vitamins, omega3, etc. Doesn't add much to calories, but I can be sure to meet my nutritional needs!0

I record mine haphazardly.. just like I take them, lol. If I take all of them they are about 40 calories. I get the gummy vitamins and just pop one when I feel like it. Sometimes I manage to record it, other times I don't. I think it's better to record it. 40 calories here, maybe a bite or two of something else there.. eventually the unrecorded calories could add up if you were lax in other areas.0
