I’m just starting up, again, and really want to stick with it. I did WW, in person, and lost 35+#, but that’s not an option now. Menopause slid my weight up to ~177#, and ideally I should be ~135#. Im 62, and need to do it slow n steady so I don’t burn up my muscle rather than fat.
Here goes - starting journaling foods, and starting stationary bike riding again!

How do I start recording daily intake? Rejoining after a long absence. Liked how daily I could record my food intake on my laptop. Morag0

I’d love accountability too. 51. 155 at 5’5. For a long time 147 which two years ago changed to 151 and now 155!
