I personally like Arctic Zero Frozen Desserts for ice cream cravings. Some things like "Funky Monkey" dried fruit give a good crunch. 100 cal Popcorn Bags are divine, and if you're a peanut butter lover than PB2 is on point. Naturally, snacks like melons, berries, grapefruits, oranges, apples, etc are preferrable and provide more nutrients; while things like Fat Free Cottage Cheese and FF Greek Yogurt give a good protein punch. Sugar free jello (5 cal a cup!) and FF Whip topping (15cal 2 Tbsp). Skinny Pop is good if you don't endorse microwaves and is cooked in sunflower oil. Prepackaged fruit cups in water/natural juices (NEVER IN SYRUP) are easy and mini cereal boxes as long as you just have one. Carrot/Celery/Cucumber sticks of course, maybe with a Tbsp of hummus or a laughing cow cheese wedge. Some different veggies to try plain could be green beans/cut peppers and cherry tomatoes are pretty balling. 100 cal packs really are a good quick idea, or 90cal Special K/Fiber One Bars(They have brownies too!). If you're looking for good low cal bread, Sarah Lee makes some for 45 a slice too. Hope this helped at all0
