Daily steps?

Seems this app don't consider daily steps in formula. Trying to narrow down.

True fact, if you're talking about putting average steps into your MFP profile as part of the activity level definition.
If that's the question, there are some ranges of steps that are commonly cited as probable ranges for most people, though with chagrin I have to admit I don't have those at my fingertips. (I'm not remotely steps-oriented.) The threshold between sedentary/not very active and lightly active is usually mentioned as being somewhere in the 3500-5000 steps range, and active more like 10000, but the activity levels are intended to encompass not just steps, but other daily life activity such as movement in our jobs, or home chores, and those aren't just walking: Other movements burn calories, too.
If you have a fitness tracker (Fitbit, Garmin, Apple watch - that kind of thing) that you wear close to 24x7, and it's a brand you can sync to MFP, that would be an option. Loosely described, that lets MFP and the tracker compare notes, looking at what MFP expected a person to burn and what the tracker saw them as burning, then making an adjustment to daily goals on the MFP side to keep the same weight loss rate going at different daily activity levels. (If you do that, I'd suggest turning negative adjustments on in MFP, too.)

I'll add that Steps are not really a factor in and of themselves when it comes to calculating a calorie adjustment; we list them because they are the best indirect indicator of whether you've been physically active throughout the day or not. X number of steps does not equal Y amount of calorie adjustment- what is actually being tracked is your calorie burn as reported by whatever device you have connected- to oversimplify it.
