i have zero knowledge about weightloss, im currently weighing 95kg, hoping to lose 20kg, where can i start , all suggestions are welcome.

    Start by logging a typical day. Weigh and log honestly.

    Once you get over the shock, where can you cut back? What better choices could you substitute?

    Invest in a fitness tracker that syncs to MFP. It’s an investment in yourself. You e probably got a friend or family member who bought a FitBit and stuck it in a drawer and would be happy to get rid of that little token of guilt. A tracker will help you understand how hard it is to burn 130 calories for a serving of 2 lousy cookies, and help you resolve to find another, more filling snack.

    My experience here, answering questions and participating myself, is that those who do read the boards regularly are the ones most likely to lose, lose the right way, and continue into maintenance.
