best cardio

Hello everyone. I was wanting your opinion on what you believe is the best cardio exercise for wt loss.. I know everyone is different and what works for one may not work for another but some swear by the treadmill. And running vs walking. Then we have the elliptical or the bike. I myself love Jacob's ladder... I'm just curious to see what you guys think.

    Personally, I like HIIT the best and weights too. :smile:

    I have starting just doing a whole mix of things. Stationary bike, elliptical, step classes, weights. I just think the variety keeps me interested!

    It's swimming for me !!! Although having had an operation on my foot I haven't been able to go all summer & l'm itching to get back in the pool !!!
