My name is Holley and I am super motivated to get healthy. Watching my weight, working out and I am day five of not smoking. It is so hard!!!!! Anyone out there quitting the cigs?

Welcome Holley! I quit smoking two years ago, after 37 years. And you can bet it wasn't my first attempt. What was different this time? I did it for ME, not everyone else. This is what has worked for me.
For the first 30 days, all I focused on was not smoking. Brought in better eating habits and exercise later.
Rewarded myself after every week without a smoke for four weeks, then every month for six months. Rewards were things like a mani, going to a cool brewery with hubby, etc.
"Put" money into a travel fund monthly, equivalent to what I would spend smoking. Still do that.
Continue to focus on how much better I feel and how I can enjoy the little things right now.
Find your why, focus on that, and you'll be great. Good luck.0
