Skipping - Self challenge

I challenge myself to lose weight by Feb 28 starting from Jan 22 atleast of 5 kgs
. Iam targeting to do skipping for 75 min a day splitting into 15 min per set

Current weight: 67 kgs
Goal weight: 60 kgs

Remainder : I will reply to this post daily with my exercise 😁
