Ugh...love handles...I swear, I could get down to 3% bodyfat and STILL have love handles...sigh...

I always have chubby legs. They only started slimming down when I got to 15% body fat and that wasn’t healthy for other parts of me. I call them my power packs now 😀

I'll take your word about the "great pic" part, but thanks for the kind words!

Goes to show online age is not always readily apparent. I always assumed you were in your 30's, @Retroguy2000.

If only! I'm in far better shape than I was in my 30's for sure. I lifted in my late 20's, with little clue what I was doing as was typical in the early internet days, then I was very sedentary in my late 30's and gained weight, then I got some free weights for a home gym room just before covid (good timing) and got back into it with no plan to ever stop.

Nice, @Retroguy2000! I knew you'd have a good contribution to the thread if you got over being shy about it ;) , and unlike @Nossmf, I knew from other threads that you were closer to my age (but not quite there! :D ) than to age 30.

Way to rep the 30-40-50+, folks of "mature" age who've posted here! I love it.

I admire (and envy) that nice lats triangularity once again, @claireychn074!
