I’ve taken the whole of January off, brought myself to Dubai for the month, signed up with a personal trainer and tracking nutrition, and this app is helping massively with all of that - this is all completely brand new to me, but so far really enjoying it!

Hello, I've been using this app for years. But not constantly. The last few months I've been trying to use it on a regular basis. And it's really helping because I'm starting to notice the pounds dropping off about 1 to 2 pounds per week. Good luck on your journey with your personal trainer. One of my goals is to get down to 270 and if that happens I'm going to hire myself a personal trainer.1
