Can someone help why my app isn't counting my steps?

Hi I have my fitbit connected with my fitness app and everything but it's still not counting my steps.. it was previously.. justvall of a sudden stopped.. im not sure how to fix the issue.. thank you.

It's not working for me either. Was working fine yesterday. Changed nothing. Disconnected and reconnected bluetooth, and still doesn't work.
