I’m new to this app, I just started today with the help of my younger daughter who introduced me to this app. I’m 63years old and I want to loose weight Keep it low and stay healthy. I’m from the Indian background and love Indian food. So any suggestions on what to eat and how to cook it will be helpful. I also love Mediterranean cuisine so any tips on this would really be appreciated thank you.
