Yes, I aged myself with the title.
I downloaded MFP in 2011, got serious in 2015. Starting running, got okay, but still didn’t love it. I dropped to a low weight but was “skinny fat” or whatever it may be termed these days.
Started bodyweight training. Added real weights and HIIT without ever joining a gym. Got happy with my fitness level and proportions, then moved halfway across America and then COVID really made me not give a fff…hoot.
I’m uncomfortable and in pain. I need some accountability to start and will happily provide it return.
Random stuff: married, cats, college prof, and dabble in many forms of art. Love all kinds of music, but especially certain metal bands, grunge, “dad rock,” 70s folk, and whatever tickles my fancy. 🌀 out!
