Salty Snack Cravings?!?!?

Options
Soooo, around 3pm and 4pm I have these uncontrollable snack cravings where I NEED something salty. At first I was doing almonds or peanuts. Well, now I'm burned out on it. So, Do you all have any salty snack suggestions?

I buy the mini rice cake snacks. You can get them in all different flavors..just like chips! They're pretty inexpensive and they help the salty cravings. I think the suggested serving is 18, which is plenty. I usually only have 9/10 for less than 100 calories. :)

Garden of Eatin blue corn tortilla chips (they taste salty but aren't bad on the sodium at all) with homemade pico de gallo (chopped onion, tomato and cilantro with a dash of lime and garlic, or you could do jarred salsa)

    veggie sticks and hummus

whole grain crackers and a bit of cheese

100 Calorie mini Bags of Orville Redenbacker Smart Pop or I like Popchips (a handful of about 11 of them is 60 cals). Light String cheese is salty good too! Good luck!

I hear ya! I have recently been munching on some celery sticks smeared with a little peanut butter. It's amazing how little peanut butter you need on them! Totally hitting the spot that almonds and a couple of wheat thins were last week. Loved having something new. Wonder what it will be next week?!
