So I lost all my weight pre covid with the help of this app. Skip forward to now I'm 11 and half stone which isn't too heavy but my blood pressure bad and I'm heading to become diabetic if I don't change my ways again. So day one it is. I'm looking to add a few new friends as alot now I had are inactive 😔. Please no perverts. Just here for support in my diet etc .

You can do this! I find logging my food everyday and doing 10,000 steps has helped kick start my weight loss journey. Small steps everyday with consistency is a great way to start’0
