Count individual food occurrences within time range

Maybe I'm missing something within the app and web page, but I'd like to be able to search for a food i've logged and see how many times its been consumed within a provided time range.

    I see your point, and can see that this would be nice to be able to do directly.

    As a kind of weird workaround while we don't have such a feature, you can look at it a week at a time through an indirect route in MFP premium. If I pick the Week View of Macros in Nutrition, I get lists of foods that are highest in each of the macros, and can click on View More to get a complete list of foods that had that macro. Ditto for all logged nutrients, in Week View of Nutrients. It tells me how many times I logged that food that week.

    Like I said, I know this isn't exactly what you're seeking, and it definitely isn't direct. But depending on what you're trying to figure out, it might help, not sure. And it does require premium MFP, as far as I know.
