Hopefully you are doing this under the guidance of a dietician? If not, may be useful to do so.
Gradually increase your calories week by week, until you reach the point that you are gaining weight. You can increase calories by either eating more calorie dense food and/or increasing your food intake by eating extra snacks or more in your main meals. Maybe milkshakes, protein based smoothies or shakes.
Calorie dense foods include nuts and, full fat cheeses, milk and yoghurt, salmon with skin on, rice pudding.

It's also a good idea to monitor what types of calories are going in. Eating tons of candy bars will cause weight gain, but not help towards your goal of being healthy. Instead of high-carb candy's and the like, focus on foods with lots of protein and fiber, along with healthy fats (avocados, salmon, cheese, nuts).1

As someone who had to gain weight... I'll agree that healthy foods are great.... but unfortunately sometimes high protein and fiber fill you up too much to be able to eat the amount of calories you need. I focused on healthy higher fat food, less protein, and not much fiber. Then increased protein and fiber slowly once I was at the weight I wanted.1
