Over 60? Check out my recipe box

Hi Folks,
It's me again. I just posted about planning meals ahead and shopping for your groceries according to the ingredients for your meals.

I just wanted to invite you to check out my Recipe Box. The recipes all start with "Sailor Jon's". In my recipe box you will find low calorie options to everyday recipes. There are a few recipes for soups and bisque. There are several salads too. There are a lot of lunch recipes for tuna salad and tuna burgers. There are even a few main dishes as well.

Check back often because I am adding recipes every day. This week I will be adding more quick and delicious sandwiches for lunches.

I invite you to eat like you would in a restaurant. Have soup and a sandwich or soup and a salad for lunch. Have a four-course meal for dinner including a cup of soup, a dinner salad, and an main dish with a vegetable side for your entree. All delicious and well within your daily calorie counts.

Give it a try. I've been eating like this for 3 months and have lost nearly 40 pounds. If I can do, so can you!
