Thai salad

Hello All,
I don’t have many friends and am here solo bolo on my diet journey. Made a salad and used Trader Joe’s Thai peanut salad dressing. I added avocado, a hard boiled egg and a sprinkle of peanuts on top. I calculated it at 434 calories. I want to try it with firm tofu or shrimp next time.ktkkfw6h149b.jpg

    I've been eating the asian salad from Walmart. Instead of eating it alone, like it's supposed to be eaten (it's shredded), I use spring mix and use the asian salad mix as a crunchy topper (1 handful 🤌🏽) and use the dressing and wontons in the bag. I love this dressing and can (and am) eating it every day and the weight is falling off! I am glad to see someone eating close to what I m eating! Friend me and let's keep each other motivated 🥗

    Your salad looks great! I love salad and I eat the Asian Style Salad from Walmart and add chicken or salmon to it... I'm in Australia so it's called Woolworths.
