Hello anyone in the 1400-1300 calories range?

Hello! Anyone in the 1400-1300 calories range if so please friend me & help a newbie out with ideas on your days & what you eat to stay on track! TIA

    I’m at the net 1500 but here’s my diet that I more or less stick to every day:

    Breakfast: Morning green smoothie (avocado banana 1/2 cucumber 3 stalks celery handful of spinach an apple 1” raw ginger 25 oz water)

    Lunch: a whole head of lettuce, 3-4 oz fish, 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

    Dinner: small portions of whatever I make for my family. Probably chicken or fish 3 days a week on rice with roasted veges in the winter. Beans / Mexican 1-2 days. Asian stir fry with tofu 1-2 days. Mix in some soups etc.

    Snacks if I’m hungry:
    Small serving of nuts and fruit or a bowl of plain Greek yogurt.

    I drink 60-100 oz water everyday, have 2-3 espressos for caffeine.

    And then I do about 45 mins of cardio daily (swim, jog, yoga, hiit, etc).

    Together that puts me at around 1500-1600.

    Hope that helps. I find it’s a good mix of micronutrients, fiber, mostly plant based, pretty easy, low on processed foods, low sugar.

    And because it’s pretty simple I can stick with it.
