Does myfitnesspal have a goal date option

Options
for some reason my calories allowed jumped down by 500 a day for some reason. I am wondering if there is a goal date that im not finding.

    There is no goal date option, only the option to choose a weight-loss rate.
    I recommend double-checking your goal settings: occasionally there can be a glitch where the weight-loss rate or activity level get changed and you have to correct them.

    yeah i noticed my calorie intake to lose weight changed. I guess its my age.

    Age doesn't reduce your calorie goal by 500kcal per day - it must be something else?

    I agree with Lietchi: The estimated drop per year of age is pretty small. I do notice that you've had an MFP ID since at least 2015, so if there's been a long interruption in your using MFP, those small changes could add up to something noticeable. I still doubt it would be as big as 500 calories lower, though. MFP recently changed its estimating formulas, but those changes are seemingly adjusting goals upward.

    Checking your profile entries carefully is the right answer, for sure.
