Collapsible foods/meals

When adding meals to your diary you sometimes have enormous lists of ingrediënts making your diary very unclear. For instance, my home made lasagne adds 13 foods to my diary. Or a simple slice of cake could easily be that long of a list as well. And I'm a bit tired of scrolling through such long lists because I've added 50cal of my self made granola.

I'd love an option to 'bundle' these ingrediënts. And make it a collapsible element. So for example, my breakfast would exist of (1) yoghurt and (2) granola, where you can click to show all foods that are in the granola and click again to collaps it into 1 label with a total number of cal and nutritiens.

I'd recommend creating these as Recipes - it will show as one line within your Diary.

Never knew that! Will need some time to change my routines though, haha. Thanks for the tip!

You can take existing logged meals and use the three dot save option to save them as recipes. Will save you the hassle of finding the ingredients again.

Personally, I like having the list of ingredients. It makes it easier for me to adjust on the fly if I use less or more (or not at all!) of a particular ingredient without having to start over. I do that a lot.

Saving as a meal versus recipe also means you can copy it and adjust easily. Recipes don’t permit you to copy.
