Have You Heard About Topshape by PM-International?

Hey everyone,

I recently came across a new product called Topshape from the German company PM-International, which just launched this month. It’s been getting amazing reviews, and some say it delivers similar results to weight-loss injections like Ozempic, Wegovy, and Saxenda—but without the needles!

I decided to give it a try myself. I started on January 21st at 102.4 kg, using not only Topshape but also the Set Optimal (Powercocktail & Restorate), Beauty, and D-Drink. After a week, I lost 700 grams without changing my eating habits. Honestly, I expected a bit more, since I’ve seen others lose more weight in the same time frame, but I guess everyone’s body responds differently. I assume I’ll lose more if I keep using the products, work out more, and track my calories better.

Has anyone else tried Topshape? I’d love to hear your experiences!

Yesterday you were a nutritionist and a personal coach looking to stay fit and healthy, today you're looking for other people taking a bunch of woo-woo over the counter products and looking to lose weight, and needing to up your activity and track your calories more...

Methinks you're a pretty subpar scammer, if you don't even bother to set up multiple accounts to keep your grifts straight.

I get why you might be skeptical. I'm just someone on a fitness journey, trying different things to improve my health. I’ve been into fitness and nutrition for a while, and I recently started exploring new approaches to see what works for me. I shared my experience because I was curious if others had tried something similar. No hidden agenda, no scam—just an open discussion. But I appreciate your perspective!

Well, I can tell you, if you want to be a "nutritionist and a personal coach" with any credibility, you will ditch the woo-woo products.

I totally get where you're coming from. There are a lot of products out there that make big claims, and skepticism is healthy. Personally, I like to try things for myself and see what works. I’m not here to push anything on anyone—just sharing my experience and curious to hear from others who might have tried it too.

At the end of the day, we all have different approaches to health and fitness. What works for one person might not work for another, and that’s okay! Wishing you success on your own journey.
