Do you log unsweetened, 0 calorie sparkling water as water intake or as a snack?

I would probably add it as water intake because it is water and there are no calories.1

I'd log it as water, too . . . but would point out that there are no strict rules about this kind of thing. It matters what you personally are trying to keep track of, and what helps you best.
Example: If you were more focused on getting a non-caloric beverage with each meal, it might help you more to log it in your meals. But if you're simply trying to make sure you get a certain amount of zero-calorie fluids, it might make more sense to log it under water.
If the latter were my goal, I'd then consider logging other low or no calorie beverages as water, too.1 -

Is it just sparkling water without artificial sweeteners? I’d count it as water probably unless it was artificially sweetened. Just a personal preference. When I’m trying to get in specific amounts of water, I ONLY drink regular water though. Again, just personal preference.1 -
I drink a certain amount of plain water. When I tire of that I drink an unsweetened flavored sparkling water or just a sparkling water (i.e. Topo Chico). I occasionally add a squirt of Mio to my filtered tap water. I do log the Mio. I just didn't know if there was a standard way of logging the above. Thanks, Y'all!1
