I just pulled myself back to this app after not using it for a long time. I have hopes to find my way back to regular diet and exercise. I have been in a slump for a while and could really use the daily recording assist. I think that even that little nudge will work to get me started.

I bike and do strength work on a peloton but, can't really figure out how to sinc that to the exercise page. Is there a way?
