In back after trying to follow WW, I just can't get the hang of it. I think counting calories is for me.
I'd like to introduce myself, my name is Debbie and from Buffalo NY, GO BILLS!!! I've been married for 48 yrs to a terrific man, have two older sons, one granddaughter, and my cat Kendal. Retired for two years now.
Nice to meet everyone.

Welcome! I'm a former WWer too, and I find counting calories and watching my macros so much more clear. Especially with all their new 'free' foods, it just doesn't really make sense to me!1
