How do I sync to challenges?

I'm new to this, been at it since I received my Garmin watch for Christmas. I joined the January 2025 Walking Challenge with today being the last day. I need to upload my total miles but don't know how (134.)

You're talking about Garmin challenges? You need to join the challenge and then your activities are counted automatically, provided you you started walk activities on your watch (just doing steps doesn't count). There is no manual uploading of activities.0
