Hello all, needing community for my weight lost journey today is day 2. I’m the biggest ive ever been and in my mind it feels I will always be overweight. So coming on here and seeing people loose weight gives me hope and lets me know I can do it too. My plan is to work out three times a week by walking for 30 mins and sticking to my calories. Thats it thats all I have so far. Just finished climbing 8 flights of steps. Feeling good.
