Help need to gety head round nutrition getting the right portions along supplements advice to go with food plan .
Am currently 15.5 st and around 20 -25% body fat looking to strip body fat down as much as I can and add lean muscle . To feel stronger fitter healthier

In normal units that's 217 pounds.
There probably isn't anything to say that you don't already know. Track your calories, reduce high carb calorie dense foods and "treats". Get plenty of protein and keep lifting. Do some light cardio, even if it's just getting up to 8K-10K steps daily. A calorie deficit up to 500, one pound per week, is best for retaining muscle. Unless you're a beginner lifter, you won't build much if any muscle at a deficit that size, but just retaining what you have while dropping fat is a win.2
