One option would be to look at what the MFP blog offers, using the search term "protein recipe", as linked here:

    https://blog.myfitnesspal.com/?s=protein recipe

While I haven't tried those specific recipes, I've tried recipes from the blog that sounded good to me, and been happy with the results.

Recently made the "Keto" Egg Roll in a bowl. Of course then I added a quarter cup of brown rice because I'm not doing Keto. Very satisfying.

Other deconstructed keto versions of stuff I make

Deconstructed stuffed bell pepper. Again Keto version (lower sugar) then just add 1/4 cup of brown rice.

    Deconstructed sub-sandwich

Also like to do a "Greek Style" chicken salad where I just mix chicken with tzatziki sauce, olives, feta, and red onions. I eat it on low carb crackers.

hello hello! something i usually do that's quick, easy, and doesn't require all that many ingredients is a tuna and egg omelette. all you really need is a can of tuna (most should be 118g) and 2-3 eggs. open your can of tuna, put into a bowl, crack 2-3 eggs, mix all of them together. you can add additional ingredients like onions or tomato whatever. cook like you would as if it were a regular omelette and you're all set bro. this should at least be 45-50g of protein.

If you eat meat, you can take just about any recipe with meat in it and make it high protein by adjusting proportions if needed. I made "chicken pot pie" recently, but rather than pie I put a biscuit on the bottom. ~600 calories and ~40g protein (I wasn't trying to make that one low cal).

I also made this kind of Greek thing with chicken, farro, Greek yogurt, feta cheese, and broccoli. ~500 Cal and 45g protein.

I just made beef stir fry with 93% lean beef. ~550 Cal and 45-50g protein.

Most of these meals also have 30-40g carbs and plenty of veggies.

    New here, hope this helps
For lunch & a 33g protein hit I made this recipe:
    1 tin drained tuna (102g)
    120g Natural Greek yoghurt
    English mustard to taste (1-2tsp)
Salt & rainbow peppercorns to taste
1 small bell pepper (70g) (chopped small)
2 tsp oregano or mixed herbs
    1 tsp lemon juice
Mix it up and ready to go, high in protein and packed full of zingy taste. 😊
