As we all know MFP has the nutrient numbers listed really low.
I would like to change them to more realistic numbers but how do I calculate them?

  • Are you talking about the macros (percentages on your pie chart?).

I personally have mine set to 40/40/20 and aim to eat 35-40 Protein, 35-40 Carbs, 20-25 fats.

I was talking about the ones listed in our food diaries (probably should've mentioned that before) but the ones in the pie chart would also count as those as well.

From the main MFP page click Goals > Change Goals > Custom Goals
You can change it there to what you want
