Can someone help me with dAiry free high protein low carb meals recipes

I am diabetic type 2 on insulin and 2 oral meds who's a liver cancer patient with no iron making or storing and I am bariatric patient since 2015 with Derek Weiss my surgeon who did my gastric sleeve. I live in Georgetown Kentucky currently but don't know of any recipes that will help me since it's really hard on me. I am lactose intolerant as well that is why dairy free.

I'm also T2D, but I apologize I know little about bariatric dietary needs. We recently tried this recipe and added some andouille sausage (cause we like it spicy). It was wicked good and the cream cheese and parmesan can easily be subbed out for a non-dairy version you like.

I'm your girl since my son is Dairy Free.

    1) Cashew-Fredo Sauce. (instead of alfredo sauce)
    2) Avocado Bacon Deviled Eggs.
    3) Hamburger Steaks with Onion Gravy
    4) Slow Cooker Barbacoa
    5) Fajitas
    6) Sugar Free Spagetti Meat Sauce (eat it on zoodles instead of noodles.)
    7) Keto Egg Roll in a Bowl
    8) Cowboy Caviar (I add chicken and avocado to mine and use stevia for the dressing)
    9) Dairy Free Tzatziki Sauce (sugar free too)
    10) Greek Keftedes
    11) Dairy free sauteed zuccini
    12) Roast Chicken
    13) Liver and Onions
    14) Roast Beef
    15) Meat loaf.

Also make sure you are eating plenty of fruits and vegetables for Vit-C else you can't absorb/use any of the iron you are taking.

Let me know which of these sound interesting and I'll post the full recipe.

I eat pretty simple and like to use frozen vegetables.

For breakfast I sautéed frozen spinach with frozen cauliflower rice, onions and Portabella mushrooms and pour about 2TB enchilada sauce, cover and let simmer. Bake a thin boneless pork chop and scramble an egg and 2 egg whites to go with. It comes to aprox. 36 grams of protein and 330 calories.

Lunch is a big salad, think 4 cups of greens, along with tomatoes, purple onion for color, celery and mild pepper rings, cucumbers, 4 oz roasted chicken breast. I do sometimes add 1/4 beans for additional protein.

Dinner right now is typically soup, onions, celery, garlic, carrots, mushrooms, frozen vegetables stir-fry snap pea, or green bean, a can of stewed tomatoes and broth. I tend to spice it up with chili powder, cumin, cayenne etc.

For snack, I sometimes make my own chicken wings or thaw some shrimp to bump up the protein for the day.

I strive to get 145ish grams protein a day with 1400 calories and my carb count tends to run less than 125.

    Hope this helps!
