Paid for premium not recognized by my fitness pal

I have the same problem. Your app keeps wanting me to upgrade & I am upgraded! I tried to set up a new plan & it wanted me to purchase another premium addition. Your problem, not mine! Please fix it.

Same problem. I am upgraded. Sent email still no answer. Now I just want to cancel and it won't let me.

Same problem. I have had to delete the app three times. When I try to add foods to my diary, I get a popup telling me that food is not found. For example, after getting no results for "grilled chicken" I finally typed in the word "chicken" and I kid you not, there were no items that met that description. Also, the barcodes on packages will show as "item not found" when I scan. I tried to do an online chat the first time it happened, but couldn't get past the a response telling me this was an iPhone issue, so I had to work it out with Apple. Seriously? I don't think so. Very frustrating to be paying for this app & it not working consistently. I do pay for premium, although I somethings get "told" in the app that what I am trying to do is only available with Premium or Premium+ subscriptions.
