Track net carbs instead of calories

Hi,

My questions: Can I set up the app to prioritize tracking the carbs over the calories? Or not track calories at all?

Background: I'm 30 weeks pregnant and am tending towards gestational diabetes (despite working out the whole time and trying to watch what I eat). Now I need to watch my carbs and sugar intake more than calories. I'm paying for the premium MyFitnessPal right now to help me do it.

    MFP will always count calories. You're going to have to ignore that part and just focus on your carb intake, I think. That's what a lot of people do anyway when using this app: focus on what matters to them and ignore the rest 🙂
