Calculate the calories per tupperwre
Ingredients:
For the creamy chicken and broccoli mix:
Chicken breast - 315g chicken breast (with seasonings like garlic powder, paprika and iytalian seasoning)
22g - red onions
11g- garlic
142g- broccoli
143g- bearbrand steerilized milk
16- eden quickmelt cheese
2g - salt
1tsp - olive oil
For the airfried potatoes:
246g potatoes - (with seasonings like garlic powder, paprika and iytalian seasoning)
Per tupperware:
142g - creamy chicken and broccoli mix
46g - airfried potatoes

I'd suggest you put those 2 recipes into the MFP recipe builder, check and adjust the entries it suggests and correct if necessary. Also, use the number of grams of the whole pot/pan contents as the number of servings in the recipe. Then you can log the creamy chicken and broccoli as 142 servings per tupperware, and the potatoes as 46 servings per tupperware. Save that combination of chicken/broccoli plus potatoes as a meal in MFP, then every time you eat one of the tupperwares, you just need to log one serving of that saved meal.
I know that sounds complicated, but it's a useful thing to learn. I couldn't possibly estimate that for you in any simpler way than by doing myself what I described above . . . and that wouldn't help you if I did that, unfortunately, because you'd still need help with the next food you prep and divide in that way.
I'm not trying to be mean here, I'm trying to be helpful. These tools are useful to learn and understand - at least that's my experience - but it does take some time and patience at first while learning. Once you know how to do it, it's almost like a superpower.
