    I’ll join you starting tomorrow.
    I will check in each evening to record what I have done to get my body moving and fueling my body with better food choices.
    I’ll be watching for your updates as well to keep us motivated.

    Checking in! I did a leg workout yesterday and I walked on the treadmill for 20 minutes and did a back and shoulder circuit this morning. I ate a sourdough egg sandwich for lunch and probably some fish for dinner!

    Day 1 check in. 25 minutes of boxing and tennis on Wii. Ate better than usual. Trying to eat in 9am to 5 pm time frame. A lot of walking at volunteering tonight. Drank more water
