What does 13 stone look like on you

Hi to all the 12.7 stone peeps out there .. I'm interested to know what 12 or 13 stone look like on you.. I'm 5 ft 7 and 12.7 still have abit to loose but I'm down nearly 3 stonetsttfg4itiw6.jpg

    Can always tell when it’s another Brit because we’re the only ones who use stone around here. 13 is basically my ideal weight, possibly on the lighter side but I’m a bit taller.

    I was 12.5 when I was in my mid 20s for a while, bit light for me.

    I (52M) am around 11st 10lb & 5'10". I still have a bit of spare tyre around my waist that I'd like to get rid of - I look fairly slim clothed but still a bit wobbly with my shirt off lol.

    my weight target was always 12st 7lb - which is BMI 25 for my height - but I think my revised target is going to be about 11st, or maybe a bit more so long as I can get rid of some fat & put on a bit of muscle instead.
