Recovering from a fractured ankle, building stamina

Hi, my name is Judy I’m 4 months out recovering from a fractured ankle. Currently wearing an ankle brace for stability and trying to work jogging back into my run walk routine. Walk/ run 3.5 miles every other day with alternating .25 mile run/walk. Any suggestions for how I can keep heart rate between 130-140 and stretches to build stamina

    Sorry ankle pain is severe,one of my workers here jump from a height and broke or shift his ankle both legs but is trying to get better as his own is recent with a lot of massaging from waist to the ankle and knee. So Judy for strength and stamina you have drink lot of water and you jogging or any other exercise have to be like 4 times a week and don’t have to be daily. Get more fruits too to help in natural parts.
