1. I want to walk more than half a block without pain.-CHECK
2. I want to get off my blood pressure meds. HALF OFF
3. I want to get off Diabetes med, I hate injecting myself. -CHECK
4. I want to fly to see my Grandbabies without worry of fitting the seatbelt.
5. I want to do yoga.
6. I want to eat healthy without feeling deprived of what I imagine better tasting food. -CHECK
7. I want to be more active. -CHECK
8. I don’t want to worry about Dr. App. -CHECK
9. I want to cross my legs over my knee.(comfortably)
10. I want to dance without getting winded.
11. I want to go shopping in a clothing store (Not labeled plus size).
12. I want my Husband to give me a double take.
13. I want to feel sexy.
14. I want to like what I see in the mirror.
15. I want to look in the mirror without avoiding the areas I hate.
16. I want to feel proud of the progress I am making.-CHECK
17. I want to feel satisfied when I go to bed that I did all I could to progress.-CHECK
18. I want to see pride in my family’s eyes when they look at me. -CHECK
19. I want to be and set an example.
20. I want to be inspirational. -CHECK
21. I want to work-out regularly.-CHECK
22. I don’t want to be the fattest one in the room (always).
23. I want to run.
24. I want to go to the beach and walk in the sand with Cale.
25. I want to wear a swimsuit, not a swim dress.
26. I want to wear a belt without a muffin top.
27. I want to have sex in whatever position I want.
28. I want to do a sit up.
29. I want to go upstairs easily. -CHECK
30. I don’t want to feel my body jiggle in all the wrong places.
31. I want to fit in my bath tub comfortably.
32. I want to do team challenge at work and not feel self-conscious.
33. I want to wear fitting clothes without rolls showing through.
34. I want to have one chin.
35. I want to play on the floor with Harlan.
36. I want to get off the floor without holding on to something.
37. I want to achieve change in my life and stop doubting myself.
38. I want to be healthy.
39. I want to hike Red Rock.
